Pricing Details:
$250 Security deposit required and will be returned upon final inspection

Labor Day Special 9/1 - 9/4 $575/weekend

September 5 - December 22 $400 weekend/$800 Week (May be higher for Thanksgiving).

December 23 - March 2: $600 weekend/$1000 week.

March 3- June 16 $400 weekend/ $800 week

Monthly Rental - Extended Stays Please Inquire

Cleaning fee of $75 (separate from rental)

 

Amenities Badges (per person age 6 & above): $5/day or $20/per week - required by Big Bass Lake Community Association if you will be using community facilities: lakes, pools, beaches, courts, clubhouse, ski slope, etc. Badges can be purchased at pool or Association Building.
You Must be at least 25 to enter into an agreement - proof required.
