Skiing Information: You can ski at Big Bass Lake and rent ski's at the ski shop. There is also snow tubing and a ski lift. Big Bass Lake offers discount lift tickets for most major ski resorts and you can rent your ski's at a discount at Big Bass and take them out to any ski resort of your choice.

Golf Information: There are several places to golf in the area the closest being Paradise Golfing.

ALL RENTERS MUST BE OF 21 YEARS or older

Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is stocked with basic kitchen supplies, ie. utensils, flatware, glasses, pots and pans. If you have a specialty cooking item you should bring it.

What bed linens do we need?
We supply pillows, comforters for each bed. You will need pillow cases and sheets. The bed sizes are one queen bed, one Full bed, four bunk beds (the bottom bunk is a full the top bunk is a twin). There is also one futon couch that turns in to a bed.

Do I need to bring toilet paper?
There are usually a few rolls of toilet paper in the house, but we highly recommend you bring your own. Septic tank toilet paper.

How long will it take before I receive my security deposit?
As long as there is no additional charges due to damage or excessive cleaning charges the security deposit is refunded usually within two weeks but occasionally may take as long as 30 days.

Amenities Badges (per person age six and above): $5/day or $20/week - Required by Big Bass Community Association if you will be using community facilities: lakes, pools, beaches, courts, clubhouse, ski shop etc.

Weekends check in - Friday 2:00 PM, check out - Sunday 4:00 PM. Week check in - Saturday 3:00 PM, check out - Saturday 11:00 AM. Times subject to change upon availability. Extra days/nights subject to a daily rate when available.
