Our house has a spectacular view overlooking Big Boulder Ski Slopes. Situated high on a ridge, only a few homes boast this spectacular view. A winter view of Big Boulder Lake is accessible for your enjoyment. Designed with a bed and breakfast feel, you will enjoy 2 gas fireplaces. Cozy up to your favorite book in front of the fire, watch a movie and watch the skiers all at the same time, day or night. This home is perfect for two families to share. Originally built as a duplex, the home is now connected by a spiral stair. There is a nook for everyone in your family to do their thing!

On the first floor, you will enjoy a kitchen open to a large dining area with gas fireplace, a step down family room and master bedroom with jacuzzi and sauna suite. Upstairs is another family room with gas fireplace, dining area, 3 bedrooms and hall bath.

Ski in the winter at nearby Big Boulder and Jack Frost Mountains and in the summer enjoy access to the private Lake Harmony Estates beach. Enjoy your meals on a large, fully furnished deck, with gas grill, as the sun sets on the mountain. Enjoy fall foliage or relax in the spring, watching the abundant wildlife that surrounds you.
